These Subscription Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the subscription services provided by Background Remover ("we", "our", or "us") through our web application ("the App"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not proceed with the subscription.
Background Remover offers a subscription service that provides access to premium features, such as advanced background removal tools for images and videos. The subscription is billed on a recurring basis as outlined in these Terms.

All subscription plans start with a **3-day free trial** period. You will not be charged during the trial period, but if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen subscription will begin automatically, and your payment method will be charged.
Payment for subscriptions is processed securely via Paddle, our payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms & Conditions in addition to these Terms. Payments are made in advance and charged to your provided payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
All payments are non-refundable, except as specified in the **Refund Policy** or required by law.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the current period, your subscription will renew, and your payment method will be charged for the next period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle platform or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle.
We offer a 3-day free trial for all new subscribers. You may cancel your subscription during the trial period without incurring any charges. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged for the chosen subscription plan at the start of the first billing cycle.
Payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Exceptions to this policy include billing errors, technical issues that prevent access to the App, or duplicate charges. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Subscription Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the subscription service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If the subscription price changes, we will notify you in advance, and the changes will only apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to our service or other users. If your subscription is terminated for violating these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refunds.
