Background Remover is a web-based tool that allows users to remove backgrounds from images and videos. These Terms govern your access and use of the App. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers subscription-based access to its services. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• The subscription provides a 3-day free trial period, after which you will be charged $9.99 per week unless you cancel the subscription before the trial ends.
• Payments are securely processed through a third-party payment provider. You agree to the payment provider's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the premium features of the App.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management page or by contacting our support team.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial period ends to avoid charges. Once the trial ends, and a subscription charge is made, payments are non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged in error or experience technical issues preventing you from using the App, please contact us at [email protected], and we will review your case. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.

4. Use of the App

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to the design, functionality, code, and content, are owned by Background Remover or our licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for its intended purposes.
